Senior C&S Engineer

Join our team as a Senior C&S Engineer and take on a pivotal role in managing engineering projects with an emphasis on quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

• Coordinate overall construction activities to align with project and authority requirements.

• Assist in planning construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works.

• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and report progress to management.

• Set goals and targets to resolve conflicts and discrepancies among disciplines in a timely manner.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff to ensure effective project execution.

• Support cost control by reviewing material usage, workmanship, and variation claims.

• Attend project meetings to provide technical insights for problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience, with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work.
