Responsibilities
- Ensure that the production plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA regulation.
- Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.
- Cake Decoration.
- Ingredient preparation.
- Slicing of frozen ice-cream.
- Preparation of ice-cream cake base.
- Fulfilment of display cakes, customer order cakes, festive and ad-hoc cake production.
- Assist the Supervisors and Senior Cake Decorator to achieve various production target.
Requirements
- Candidates are required to stand for long hours and must be able to slice frozen ice-cream blocks.
- No experience required.
- Able to start immediately
