Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver impactful product solutions.
- Gather and analyze user, business, and operational requirements to define product improvements and new features.
- Support the product lifecycle from ideation, planning, and execution to launch, monitoring, and continuous enhancement.
- Use data and user insights to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Define and track key product metrics, conduct analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare product documentation (PRDs), requirements, user stories, and process workflows to support development and implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives and feature releases.
- Support operational excellence through monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, and process improvements.
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Drive product adoption by supporting user training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed recommendations.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools; experience with Python, BI tools, or dashboarding platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and business domains.
Good To Have
- Exposure to product management, product operations, business analytics, data products, or project management.
- Experience with product metrics, A/B testing, user research, or data reporting.
- Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, digital products, AI-driven products, or data platforms.
- Full-time interns preferred
