- Support and assist the Security Team including Security Officers (SO), Senior Security Officers (SSO), and Security Supervisors (SS) in daily operations.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and ensure adequate security coverage during shifts.
- Guide and mentor junior officers in handling security procedures and incident response.
- Work closely with team members to maintain a safe and secure retail environment.
- Assist the security management team in enforcing company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Provide operational support during emergencies, incidents, crowd control, and special events.
- Ensure smooth communication and teamwork between all security personnel and store management.
- Monitor staff performance and report operational issues to supervisors or management.
- Conduct briefings and relay important operational updates to the security team.
- Support training and development of new security officers.
