Our client is a leading international hospitality company. They are seeking passionate and service-oriented F&B Waiters/Waitresses to join their team. As part of their restaurant, bar, lounge, banquet, and in-room dining operations, you will deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable dining experiences that reflect their luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring personalised service.
• Receive and process orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Support banquet, event, and in-room dining operations when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Promote hotel dining venues, specials, and experiences to guests.

Requirements

• Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, and service-driven personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic beverage knowledge advantageous.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
