Location: Orchard

Working Hours: 5 days work week, shift required

Salary: Up to $3500 + aws + flexi benefit + staff meals

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests, creating memorable first impressions.
• Manage reservations and seating with efficiency and grace.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel outlets.
• Collaborate with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, hygiene, and safety.

What They’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction focus.
