PROCUREMENT & MATERIALS COORDINATOR

TCA Design & Build | Singapore | Full-Time

TCA Design & Build runs multiple high-end landed residential sites simultaneously. We need a Procurement Coordinator who owns the full materials ordering process — from written request to delivery confirmation — so that nothing arrives late, nothing is ordered twice, and every purchase has a paper trail.

What you will own:
Receiving written material requests from one approved requester per site. Checking specifications against drawings or QS confirmation. Obtaining minimum two price comparisons for every order. Recording supplier, unit price, quantity, lead time, GST, delivery date, and payment terms for every purchase. Tracking delivery against order. Flagging discrepancies or delays before they hit site. Monthly procurement summary to QS and Director.

What you must bring:
Minimum 2–3 years procurement or purchasing experience in Singapore construction. Organised, systematic, and process-driven. Familiar with construction materials — RC, architectural finishes, M&E components. Comfortable dealing with suppliers and negotiating prices. Fluent written English for purchase orders and supplier communication.

You will not be a fit if:
You order based on verbal requests. You do not track deliveries. You have no experience in construction materials procurement.
