Senior Project Manager

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER — LANDED RESIDENTIAL

TCA Design & Build | Singapore | Full-Time

TCA Design & Build is growing and we need a Senior Project Manager who can own a landed residential construction project end-to-end — programme, site sequence, subcontractor coordination, authority inspections, and weekly reporting — without the director chasing a single item.

This role is for someone who has delivered Singapore landed rebuilds or A&A projects independently and knows the full construction sequence from demolition to TOP by heart.

What you will own

Full construction programme from mobilisation to TOP. Site sequence planning and subcontractor coordination. Authority inspection scheduling and calling — hoarding permit, structural, M&E, waterproofing, TOP. Weekly site report to Director every Monday. Subcontractor management and progress accountability. Budget tracking in coordination with QS.

What you must bring

Minimum 8 years experience in Singapore construction. Singapore landed residential rebuild or A&A experience is non-negotiable — applications without this will not be reviewed. Ability to produce and own a construction programme independently. Knowledge of the full authority inspection sequence for landed residential. Ability to control foremen and subcontractors under pressure without escalating to the Director.

You will not be a fit if

You have managed HDB, condo, or commercial projects only. You cannot produce a construction programme without help. You push every site decision to the director. You do not know the authority inspection rhythm for a Singapore landed rebuild.

Salary: SGD 6,000–9,000 depending on experience.
