Pharma Manufacturing Technician (AWS + VB/ Joo Koon / Gross Up to $3,200)

Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out daily production activities in accordance with SOP, safety, and quality requirements
• Operate production equipment and ensure smooth production flow
• Perform in-process quality checks and escalate abnormalities when required
• Support basic troubleshooting and follow established corrective action procedures
• Carry out accurate material system transactions and production documentation
• Report safety hazards, machine issues, product defects, and process abnormalities
• Support training activities and assist team members in maintaining production standards
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, work instructions, and company policies

Requirements
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
• Candidates with pharma, medical device, cleanroom, GMP, machine operation, or manufacturing experience will have an advantage
• Candidates with basic troubleshooting or production equipment experience are preferred
• Able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shift
• Comfortable working in cleanroom attire such as gloves, hairnet, and mask
• Able to stand for long hours and support physical production duties when required
• Able to follow strict SOP, safety, and quality standards

Working Hours
12-hour rotating shift
Day Shift: 7.00am to 7.15pm
Night Shift: 7.00pm to 7.15am
Shift Pattern: 2-2-3 rotating shift
Rotation: 1 month day shift / 1 month night shift
