Job Summary

Join NAVAR PTE. LTD. as a Supervisor / General Foreman to lead daily construction site operations, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver quality workmanship on schedule in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations and deploy manpower to meet project timelines
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align work progress
• Ensure construction activities follow project schedules and approved drawings for accuracy
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce compliance with Singapore construction regulations and MOM standards
• Manage workers, materials, and site progress to optimize productivity and resource use
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports for management review
• Implement quality control measures to maintain proper workmanship standards on site
• Maintain discipline and motivate workers to sustain high productivity levels
• Participate in site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants to address project needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in building construction or renovation projects
• Safety Supervisor certification or relevant site safety experience
• Proven team leadership experience

Other Information

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,200 (based on experience)
• Annual Leave as per Singapore MOM regulations

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (depending on site schedule)
