Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Consultations & Sales

  • Greet walk-in customers and provide a warm, consultative experience to understand their health, medical, or lifestyle needs.

  • Conduct live, engaging demonstrations of BUZUD products (e.g., explaining how a CGM sensor tracks glucose levels or how to read metrics on an ECG smart ring).

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by proactively cross-selling complementary health accessories or wellness packages.

2. Showroom Experience & Customer Support

  • Maintain an immaculate, welcoming, and premium environment on the showroom floor in line with BUZUD’s brand standards.

  • Assist existing customers with troubleshooting, basic technical support, or product calibration queries.

  • Handle cash/cashless transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process product warranties or exchanges efficiently.

3. Inventory & Operations

  • Monitor stock levels on the retail floor and assist in replenishing inventory from the store stockroom.

  • Participate in regular stock takes, inventory audits, and ensure all display units are fully charged, functional, and clean.

  • Provide feedback from customers to the management team regarding product demand, common queries, or potential areas for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience. Experience in health supplements, consumer electronics, or beauty/wellness retail is a major advantage.

  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable learning, operating, and explaining mobile apps and health-tech hardware to customers of varying tech backgrounds (especially the elderly).
