Job Description

  • Deliver frontline customer service, including managing registrations and appointment scheduling
  • Collaborate closely with practitioners and nursing staff to ensure a high standard of patient care
  • Provide chaperone support during consultations when required
  • Respond to enquiries via email, phone, and in person in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle payment collection and perform basic administrative tasks
  • Support the team with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months or longer
  • Comfortable with prolonged standing and walking during working hours
  • Willing to work office hours, 5.5 days per week
  • Available to start immediately or on short notice
