Customization Technician – UV Printing & Engraving (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a careful and responsible individual to join our production team.
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, precision tasks, and creating high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities

• Operate UV printing machines to apply designs accurately on trophies and plaques, ensuring high-quality finishes
• Perform laser engraving inside optical crystal awards with precision to meet design specifications
• Set up and operate production machines following standard procedures to maintain consistent output
• Inspect finished products carefully to identify and address any defects or quality issues before delivery
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to align production schedules with customer orders
• Follow safety and operational guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Learn new production skills and work independently after training to support team goals

No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

Working Hours

Full-Time Position:

• Monday to Friday:
  10:00am – 7:00pm
• Saturday:
  10:00am – 7:00pm, on alternate Saturdays
• Average 5.5-day work week.
• Sunday and Singapore Public Holidays are non-working days.

Part-Time Position:

• Flexible working days, based on company requirements and the applicant’s availability.

Salary

Full-Time Position:

• Monthly salary range:
  $2,500 – $3,200
• After training:
  Basic salary + production incentives
• Expected gross monthly income after training:
  $2,800 – $3,200
• Additional performance bonus may apply.

Part-Time Position:

• Daily rate: $100 – $150 per day, depending on experience, ability and job scope.

Location
Bukit Merah (near Tiong Bahru MRT)
