Job Description
Deliver frontline customer service, including managing patient registrations and appointment scheduling
Collaborate closely with doctors and nurses to ensure high standards of patient care
Provide chaperone support to medical practitioners when required
Handle patient requests, emails, and telephone enquiries promptly and professionally
Manage payment collection and perform basic administrative tasks
Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma holders from any field are welcome to apply
Able to commit to a minimum duration of 3 months
Comfortable with prolonged periods of walking and standing
Prior customer service experience is an advantage, though not mandatory as training will be provided
Office hours: 5.5 days per week
Available to start immediately or on short notice
