About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Experience Concierge to be the first voice of our clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, high-touch service, and creating a sense of trust and comfort — especially for patients who may feel anxious about dental visits.

You will play a key role in shaping how patients perceive our clinic — even before they step through the door.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming patient calls with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

• Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently

• Conduct treatment follow-ups (calls & WhatsApp) with empathy and attention

• Perform daily appointment confirmations

• Provide clear explanations of treatments, pricing, and next steps

• Create a calm, premium, and reassuring experience for every patient interaction

• Maintain accurate patient communication records

Who We’re Looking For

This role is best suited for someone who naturally delivers a refined and thoughtful service experience.

• Have experience in hospitality, cabin crew, concierge, or client-facing roles

• Speak with clarity, warmth, and confidence (excellent phone etiquette is key)

• Are well-organized and detail-oriented

• Are comfortable communicating via phone and WhatsApp professionally
