Retail Assistant (Part Time)

Job Description & Requirements

• Achieve sales profitability by proper product planning according to customer needs and managing cost and shrinkage well.

• Responsible for end-to-end operations of the store.

• Maintain high level of customer service, merchandizing and housekeeping standards •

• Manage customer feedback and enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction

• Implement and facilitate store operations, merchandising and marketing campaigns

• Responsible for ordering and receiving stock, maintaining efficient inventory levels.

• Administrative documentation, paperwork and banking duties.

• Analyse store performance with profitability and recommend areas of improvement

• Including retail assistant duties such as Cashiering, Stock Replenishment as and when required.

• Do paperwork (Declaration, Receiving, Ordering, RTV, IBT)

• Perform services such as Singtel and DHL.

At least 18 years old due to sale of liquor.
