Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Myanmar speaking associates to support smooth operations
- Assist the operation manager with daily tasks such as planning staff rosters and ordering stock from suppliers
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant outlet operations
- Prepare workstations and ingredients (mise-en-place) to maintain readiness for service
- Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized customer service tailored to individual customer needs
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments efficiently to ensure prompt service
- Prepare and sell food and beverage products following standard operating procedures
- Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables, mopping dining areas, and washing dishes regularly
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support outlet operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a food and beverage outlet such as a food court, coffee shop, or restaurant
- Ability to work extended hours including weekends and public holidays
