Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Myanmar speaking associates to support smooth operations
  • Assist the operation manager with daily tasks such as planning staff rosters and ordering stock from suppliers
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant outlet operations
  • Prepare workstations and ingredients (mise-en-place) to maintain readiness for service
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized customer service tailored to individual customer needs
  • Accurately take customer orders and process payments efficiently to ensure prompt service
  • Prepare and sell food and beverage products following standard operating procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables, mopping dining areas, and washing dishes regularly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support outlet operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a food and beverage outlet such as a food court, coffee shop, or restaurant
  • Ability to work extended hours including weekends and public holidays
