Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters to source, screen, and assess candidates across various functions.
  • Manage job postings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as social media content creation, events.
  • Conduct market research and generate insights on talent trends and competitor benchmarking. Assist in talent mapping and talent pool constructions for core positions
  • Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working across diverse teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
  • Available for a minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time or at least 3 days per week for part-time).
