About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable PropertyOperations & Leasing Admin Executive to support the day‑to‑day runningof our co‑living studio portfolio. This role is hands‑on and involves maintenancecoordination, tenant onboarding, and leasing administration. You will workclosely with the Director and be a key part of keeping our units safe, well‑maintained,and tenanted.
This role does not require CEA registration. All leasingtasks are administrative/logistical.
Key Responsibilities
Property Maintenance & Facilities
- Coordinate vendors (cleaning, aircon, pest control, handyman, locksmith) and check completed work
- Maintain a compliance/servicing calendar across all units
- Conduct or schedule periodic unit inspections and flag safety issues
- Manage keys/access codes and coordinate access for tenants and vendors
Tenant Onboarding
- Arrange move‑in/move‑out logistics and condition checklists
- Prepare welcome packs and maintain tenant records
- Support deposit reconciliation (data gathering only)
Leasing Administration
- Update PropertyGuru/EdgeProp listings (content provided)
- Handle first‑line enquiries on availability, pricing, and unit specs
- Schedule and confirm viewing appointments
- Maintain enquiry and listing‑performance trackers
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum N/O‑Level or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ experience in admin, customer service, hospitality, or operations
- Candidates with 3–4 years’ experience in property management/co‑living/facilities admin are welcome
- Singaporean/PR preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (tracking, basic formulas)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Clear written and spoken English
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic listing platforms
- Basic spoken Mandarin (for vendor/tenant communication)
Physical Requirements
- Able to travel independently between units for inspections/viewings
- Able to conduct physical walkthroughs (stairs, minor lifting)
- Willing to support occasional after‑hours/weekend urgent issues

Salary
S$2,200 – S$3,200 (commensurate with experience)
