Technical Consultant (RiskAuthority (RAy))

Moody’s RAy 7.2.1 Platform
- Design, configure, customize, and support Moody’s RiskAuthority (RAy) 7.2.1 solutions.
- Perform RAy parameterization, workflow configuration, reporting setup, and system administration.
- Analyze and troubleshoot RAy intermediate and final result tables.
- Support version upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments.
- Implement regulatory reporting and risk analytics requirements within the RAy framework.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of RAy processing jobs.
Technical Development
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database scripts.
- Build and maintain ETL processes for risk data ingestion and transformation.
- Design and implement data reconciliation and validation controls.
- Support batch processing and scheduling using Control-M or equivalent schedulers.
- Integrate RAy with upstream and downstream banking systems.
Risk & Regulatory Reporting
- Support implementation of:
- Basel III / Basel IV
- IFRS 9
- CECL
- Liquidity Risk Reporting
- Credit Risk Reporting
- ICAAP
- COREP, LCR, NSFR, ALMM (preferred)
- Ensure regulatory compliance through accurate data processing and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in solution design workshops and architecture discussions.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production stabilization.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
