Hexadius is seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Consultant to design, implement, and support identity governance solutions for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ, strong technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Delivery

  • Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across client environments
  • Configure core IIQ modules including:Identity Lifecycle ManagementAccess CertificationsRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)Provisioning & Deprovisioning workflows
  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, SAP, HRMS, cloud platforms)
  • Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, and reports

Technical Consulting

  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
  • Provide solution architecture aligned with identity governance best practices
  • Perform technical design, solution documentation, and knowledge transfer

Operations & Support

  • Troubleshoot identity provisioning issues and system performance challenges
  • Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements of SailPoint IIQ
  • Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation
  • Strong understanding of:Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) conceptsAccess control models (RBAC, ABAC)
  • Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, SCIM)
  • Solid programming/scripting skills (Java, BeanShell, SQL, XML)
  • Experience integrating with systems such as:Active Directory / Azure ADSAP / Oracle applicationsHR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Familiarity with application onboarding and connector development


Candidates with SailPoint IIQ certifications will be preferred.
