Responsibilities

To coordinate shipments between shippers and carriers, managing logistics, documentation, and communication to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of shipping procedures, Incoterms, and document preparation preferred but not necessary
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking with good time management
• Ready to start immediately to support business continuity
• Availability to work full-time, five days a week at Ang Mo Kio office
