Responsibilities

To support day to day tasks, handle phone calls, emails, correspondence and other tasks as assigned by HOD.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
  • Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, to support team and stakeholder interactions with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software, and the ability to manage confidential information
  • Work efficiently with good time management
  • Ready to start immediately to support business continuity
  • Availability to work full-time, five days a week at Ang Mo Kio office
