Responsibilities
To support day to day tasks, handle phone calls, emails, correspondence and other tasks as assigned by HOD.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, to support team and stakeholder interactions with good interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software, and the ability to manage confidential information
- Work efficiently with good time management
- Ready to start immediately to support business continuity
- Availability to work full-time, five days a week at Ang Mo Kio office
