Senior Service Crew (Full Time)

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Senior Service Crew to join our cafe team at Katong V (Marine Parade). You will oversee daily service operations, support the service crew, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide service crew during daily operations
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations during peak periods
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
• Monitor cashier operations, payment handling, and daily sales procedures
• Conduct inventory checks, monitor stock levels, and assist with stock ordering and receiving
• Ensure food, beverage, and service supplies are properly managed to reduce wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely service
• Train and support new team members on service standards and SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including shift handover

Requirements:

• Previous café, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
• Able to work weekends and public holidays (shift work)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
