Job Summary

AAT Training Hub- a leading industrial training centre since 2005 seeks trainers to deliver WSQ level operations course training for adult learners in public and corporate settings, following WSQ and MOM standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical training sessions for adult learners
• Deliver training aligned with WSQ framework and MOM regulatory requirements
• Maintain training quality by applying safety protocols and compliance standards during sessions
• Support and administer assessments and practical evaluations to validate learner competence
• Prepare and manage accurate training documentation, attendance logs, and assessment records

Competencies and certifications

• ACTA / ACLP certification (preferred)
• WSH Level B (completed or in progress)
• Apprenticeship available
  
  In addition to the basic salary, we offer our confirmed staff: AWS and Performance Bonus
  Medical coverage
  Monthly salary can be supplemented with approximately $400 to $1500 worth of overtime.
