Customer Quality Engineer (West Area/Manufacturing)
TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.
- Liaise with process engineers on quality-related issues to follow-up on effective corrective and preventive actions
- Investigate, perform failure analysis (including external laboratory testing) and prepare 8D report for customers' complaints
- Drive internal compliance audit of company's business processes and quality management system
- Establish and implement in-house quality monitoring system
- Ensure continuous improvements in process and procedures implemented in manufacturing
- Carry out and implement appropriate quality plans for new products, materials/processes
- Drive both preventive and corrective action programmes including customer-related issues
- Other duties as assigned by superiors
Requirement:
- At least a Diploma in Quality Assurance / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
