Shipping Executive - Logistic Department / Clementi [2683]

Working Location: Pandan Loop, Clementi

Salary: $2500 - $3000

Responsibilities:

Prepare full set of Shipping Documents (Import/Export, Back to Back & Transhipment) including D/O, Invoices, COO (FTA), etc
Customs Permit Declaration & CNB Licence Application
Liase and Co-ordinate with Warehouse, Freight Forwarders & Liners
Source for competitive freight rates
Liase with overseas customers/suppliers and work closely with various departments
Checking of HS Codes
Checking and accepting of vessel nomination
Liase with overseas customers
