Senior Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on Plating line equipment (rectifiers, tanks, pumps, filters, heaters, chillers, etc.).
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and control system failures.
Ensure minimal downtime and quick recovery during breakdown.
Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvements.
Identify and maintain critical spare parts, etc.
Coordinate with suppliers for replacement parts and service support.
Support installation and commissioning of new Plating lines or upgrades.
Participate in process improvement projects.
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electronic or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Plating process will be an added advantage
Knowledge in PLC system and automation
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and repair equipment
