Job Summary
Support the finance and administrative functions by preparing invoices and payment documents, managing accounts payable and receivable, updating accounting records, assisting with month-end schedules, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts to support financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Update and maintain the accounting system with current financial data to support accurate record-keeping
- Assist in preparing month-end schedules to facilitate timely financial closing
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
- 1- 3 years accounting experience
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Able to work independently after training
- Careful with numbers and documents
- Experience in SME or logistics company preferred.
