Job Summary

Support the finance and administrative functions by preparing invoices and payment documents, managing accounts payable and receivable, updating accounting records, assisting with month-end schedules, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts to support financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
• Update and maintain the accounting system with current financial data to support accurate record-keeping
• Assist in preparing month-end schedules to facilitate timely financial closing
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

• 1- 3 years accounting experience
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Able to work independently after training
• Careful with numbers and documents
• Experience in SME or logistics company preferred.
