Commercial & Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Commercial & Projects Manager to identify business opportunities, manage tender submissions, secure new projects, and oversee project execution from award to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate tender opportunities.
• Prepare and manage tender submissions and quotations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Negotiate contracts and manage commercial matters.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, profitability, and timelines.
• Manage variation orders, progress claims, and collections.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and site teams to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, commercial management, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project execution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
