Job Title

Manager Cum Driver

Job Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Driving Duties

  • Safely drive company vehicles to transport personnel, goods, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure timely collection and delivery according to schedules.
  • Plan efficient routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and mileage.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.

2. Vehicle Management

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and properly serviced.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and inspections.
  • Report vehicle defects, accidents, or breakdowns immediately.

3. Operations Management

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
  • Schedule manpower, vehicles, and resources to meet operational requirements.
  • Monitor work performance and ensure service quality standards are achieved.
  • Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

4. Administrative Duties

  • Prepare operational reports and maintain proper records.
  • Manage delivery schedules, work assignments, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents when required.

5. Customer Service

  • Maintain good relationships with clients and customers.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and operational requests.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Valid driving licence (CLASS 4) with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum relevant experience in operations management and driving.
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
