Job Summary

You will lead and manage all operational aspects of a hairdressing shop, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead your team to achieve business targets while maintaining professional service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate shop staff to meet and exceed sales and service performance targets
  • Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer experiences
  • Deliver professional hairdressing services leveraging at least 10 years of industry experience
  • Adapt to fast-paced work conditions while maintaining a customer-focused approach under varying circumstances
  • Follow assigned work schedules including weekends and public holidays to support business needs
  • Collaborate with supervisors and accept guidance to continuously improve shop performance and service quality
  • Demonstrate a professional and positive service attitude to enhance customer satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 10 years of hairdressing experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work under supervision when required
