Job Summary
You will lead and manage all operational aspects of a hairdressing shop, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead your team to achieve business targets while maintaining professional service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate shop staff to meet and exceed sales and service performance targets
- Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer experiences
- Deliver professional hairdressing services leveraging at least 10 years of industry experience
- Adapt to fast-paced work conditions while maintaining a customer-focused approach under varying circumstances
- Follow assigned work schedules including weekends and public holidays to support business needs
- Collaborate with supervisors and accept guidance to continuously improve shop performance and service quality
- Demonstrate a professional and positive service attitude to enhance customer satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 10 years of hairdressing experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under supervision when required
