Job Summary
You will lead and manage all operational aspects of a hairdressing shop, driving sales and service performance while inspiring and guiding your team to achieve business targets. This role requires delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment with a professional service approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate shop staff to achieve sales and service targets through effective team management and coaching
- Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal customer service delivery
- Drive sales performance by implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Deliver professional and consistent service standards to maintain high customer retention and positive brand reputation
- Adapt to fast-paced work conditions while maintaining passion and commitment to customer service excellence
- Follow and adhere to the established work schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required
- Collaborate with supervisors and accept guidance to continuously improve shop operations and service quality
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 10 years of hairdressing experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrated ability to manage shop operations and lead teams to meet business objectivesStrong customer service skills with a professional attitude in client interactions
