Boutique Sales Executive (Swiss Watch Brands/Orchard)

- Reporting to General Manager
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with VIPs and luxury collectors.
- Advising customers on horology, technical specifications, and the craftsmanship of the Swiss Watch brands
- Ensuring high retail standards, handling transactions, and managing inventory. Maintain boutique cleanliness
- After-Sales Support - Assisting with watch servicing, warranties, and repairs
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements
- Track record in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales, with strong knowledge of high-value transactions. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates with no relevant experience but passionate in the luxury timepiece industry
- Strong communicator, good teamplayer and excellent client-management skills
- Deep appreciation and understanding of the technical details, cultural legacy and value of luxury Swiss Timepiece advantageous
- Office location: Orchard | Working hours: 5 days’ work week on rotation inclusive of weekends; 10am to 8pm
- Salary package: Monthly basic + AWS+ Performance bonus.
