We are seeking a dynamic and results - driven sales & Manager to lead and expand our wholesale distribution of home needs, liquor, and beer products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, developing market strategies, and beer products. This role requires a hands - on approach, flexibility in working hours, and active involvement in field sales and operational support.
Key Responsibilties
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow wholesale business for liquor, beer, and home needs products
Manage and expand relationships with retailers, supermarkets, provision shops, bars, and restaurants
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and business development activities
Oversee pricing, promotions, credit control, and order management
Coordinate closely with operations.
warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after - sales issues
Support management in business planning and market expansion initiatives Requirements
Proven experience in sales and marketing management , preferably in wholesale trading, FMCG, liquor, or beverage industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license ( Mandatory )
Willingness to perform field sales and drive company vehicles when required
Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and long working hours
Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and result orientation
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network with retailers, F&B outlets, or wholesale buyers
Experience handing liquor and beer products
Knowledge of distribution channels and wholesale market practices
