Operations Manager

GREEN TECH HVAC ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Manage and monitor subcontractors, technicians, and workers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules before execution.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders on project progress and site issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory requirements at the project site.
Identify potential risks, technical issues, and delays, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status.
Assist in project documentation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Diploma, Higher National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in: Civil, Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant site supervision experience in electrical, mechanical, M&E, construction, or industrial projects.
Experience supervising electrical installation projects is an advantage.
Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants is preferred.

Primarily site-based with occasional office work.
May require travel between multiple project sites.
May be required to work extended hours depending on project schedules and deadlines.
