Site Supervisor

1.Assist Project Director (PD) andProject Manager (PM) to deliver good quality

projects, on time and withinschedule.

2. Responsible for overall planning,coordination & execution of projects.

3.Regular reporting on progress& monitoring schedules to PD/PM.

4.Manage a team of subcontractors, workers.

5.Conduct daily safety briefing, inspections of worksite to ensure compliance on WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures matters.

6.Supervise workers at workplaces.

7.Monitor, control, and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as

contractors

8.Coordinate, organize and prepare documents, reports and shop drawings.

9. Establish and implement controlsto ensure that works are carried out safely

according to the works program and produce short term works plans.
