Service Technician (Parking Systems / Rotating Shifts)

Job Summary:

Hands-on technician to maintain and troubleshoot car park systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and rectification of ad-hoc technical issues at car park sites
• Conduct preventive maintenance, including parts replacement and system checks
• Install and remove parking equipment for new or terminated sites
• Carry out painting and upkeep of car park equipment
• Document maintenance activities, repair records, testing results, and purchases
• Update system software and firmware at site locations
• Provide technical support for parking equipment and related systems
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely resolution of faults
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Computer/Telecommunication, Industrial) or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance or technical support roles
• Willing to work across multiple locations
• Valid Singapore Class 2B or Class 3 driving license
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience in parking systems or related equipment is an added advantage
