IT Infrastructure Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Troubleshoot and monitor systems operation
• Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Maintain and support IT assets such as desktops, servers, storage, network and applications platform
• Incident and Change Management

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma holder or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastruture support
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Knowledge in Windows/Linux environment an advantage
• Comfortable working in Data Center
• Experienced in IT monitoring, Log review, Software Troubleshoot and Hardware Troubleshoot
• Handle and manage service and change requests
• Able to work on rotation shift
