Driver

Job Description

• Deliver and collect goods according to assigned schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo to customers and designated locations.
• Load and unload goods when required.
• Inspect cargo and delivery documents before departure and upon delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
• Obtain customer signatures and complete delivery records accurately.
• Assist with warehouse and logistics operations when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence (Class 3 / Class 4, as applicable).
• Good driving record with a strong safety awareness.
• Previous delivery or logistics driving experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to load and unload goods.
• Familiar with local roads and delivery routes.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Able to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
• Basic communication and documentation skills.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
