Guest Experience

● Take food and beverage orders accurately

● Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently

● Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally

Operations

● Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue throughout service

● Assist with opening and closing duties

● Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Team Support

● Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service

● Assist colleagues during busy periods

● Support venue events and promotions when required
