Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all contract field operations including sewer cleaning, CCTV inspection, condition assessment, and manhole rectification
• Serve as the primary liaison with PUB for operational matters, site inspections, and work orders
• Plan and manage weekly/monthly work schedules; allocate teams and equipment across sites
• Ensure all works are completed within PUB-stipulated timeframes
• Monitor field team performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare and submit all operational reports, CCTV reports, and AMS updates
• Coordinate manpower ramp-up during the first 9 months of the contract
• Escalate critical sewer defects and emergency situations to PUB promptly

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Project Management from a recognised institution
• At least 5 years of experience in sewer maintenance or civil infrastructure operations
• Strong communication skills — written, spoken, and reporting
• Proficient in computer-based reporting; experience with Asset Management Systems (AMS) an advantage
• Must be contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; will be issued company mobile phone
