Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Deliver goods island-wide safely and on time while ensuring vehicle upkeep and adherence to safety policies. Assist with loading and unloading tasks as needed to support efficient delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers across the island on schedule to meet delivery commitments
• Verify loaded goods match delivery orders or invoices to ensure accuracy before departure
• Maintain the condition of goods during transit by driving carefully to prevent damage or delays
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained to ensure operational reliability
• Assist with loading and unloading goods from containers as needed to support delivery processes
• Follow all statutory and company safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform any additional duties assigned to support team and operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 and 4 Driving License to operate delivery vehicles safely

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of delivery truck driving experience preferred to enhance delivery efficiency
• Physically fit to handle loading and unloading tasks safely
• Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred to communicate effectively with team and customers
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with Singapore roads preferred for efficient route navigation
• Willingness to undergo training to meet job requirements

Other Information

Work Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 10am to 6pm
• Sunday and Public Holidays: Off, no work
• No overtime required
