Job Summary

Join VANDAMOD as a Retail & Styling Associate to assist customers with styling, support store operations, and contribute to content creation. Grow your skills in fashion retail and brand storytelling in a supportive boutique environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Styling

• Assist customers in-store by providing personalised styling advice based on fit, lifestyle, and preferences
• Recommend outfits that enhance customer confidence and comfort
• Support customer fittings and personalised styling sessions to ensure satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits

Store Operations

• Execute daily retail tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
• Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
• Manage cashiering and sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with stock and inventory management to ensure product availability

Content & Marketing Support

• Capture photos and videos in-store showcasing try-ons, outfits, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Assist with creating engaging Instagram and TikTok content to support brand storytelling
• Support the visual representation of the brand through creative content contributions
• Participate in training for content creation; no prior professional experience required

Required competencies and certifications

• Good communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and team
• Comfortable engaging with diverse customer profiles and being on camera for photos, videos, or livestreams
• Friendly, confident, and responsible attitude to represent the brand positively
• Interest in fashion, styling, or visual content creation to support role functions
• Willingness to learn and grow with the brand through ongoing development

Work Details

• Salary range: $2,200 – $3,000 plus incentives
• Location: Orchard Road
• Work schedule: 6 days/week, including weekends and public holidays retail shifts
