Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial works handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, statutory compliances, Immigration and other corporate related services.
  • Handled complex Corpsec assignments preferably having experience in topics like seed funding/Series A Funding/VCC/Share Buy Back/ESOPs/Capital Restructuring etc.
  • Experience in handling a client portfolio of 100s of clients
  • Experience in handling all types of ACRA filings from incorporation to strike off and all corporate changes
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act
  • Good and confident communication in English language skills (oral and written)
  • A team player with interpersonal skills, independent and meticulous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison & Communication - Serve as a point of contact for high value clients regarding secretarial and compliance matters including advisory
  • Drafting & Correspondence - Review and prepare (if needed) documentation correspondence related to compliance, regulatory filings, and legal matters.
  • ACRA Filings - Do required filings with ACRA
  • Deadline Compliance - Monitor deadlines and filing requirements under the Companies Act.
  • Keep Records Update - Maintain and update corporate secretarial records.


Immigration & Employment Pass Services:-

  • Handle end-to-end Singapore immigration matters for corporate clients.
  • Prepare and submit applications, renewals, appeals, and cancellations for:Employment Pass (EP)S PassDependant Pass (DP)Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)Letter of Consent (LOC)Work Permit-related matters where applicable
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and relevant government authorities.
  • Advise clients on immigration regulations, eligibility requirements, and compliance obligations.
  • Monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Assist clients with immigration documentation and compliance processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in Singapore immigration laws and employment regulations.
