Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee project management and ensure compliance with operational requirements at customer sites. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating waste collection requirements at customer sites.

• Collaborate with site operations day coordinators to clarify requirements and address any inquiries.

• Manage both new and ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and timelines.

• Monitor site risks and issues, ensuring they are tracked and effectively resolved.

• Supervise workers and sub-contractors at the project site, reporting any concerns to the Project Manager.

• Assist in managing the customer care program, focusing on satisfaction and addressing complaints.

• Stay informed about changes in customer personnel, equipment, processes, and business strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies among all personnel.

• Review work activities and Job Safety Risk Assessments (JSRA) for company personnel.

• Conduct training for workers on new job requirements and the operation of new equipment.

• Provide transportation for workers to and from sites, particularly during emergencies outside of office hours.

Requirements

• Minimum of ITE/Diploma in Mechanical, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

• Possession of a minimum Class 3/3A license.

• Completion of Safety Orientations Course (Working in Power Plant and Construction).

• Preferably certified in Supervise Work at Height Course.

• Experience in high-pressure hydro jetting is an advantage.
