IT Systems Engineer

We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer to oversee both cloud and on-premise systems, ensuring seamless operations and robust security compliance. Join us in maintaining and enhancing our internal IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor internal IT systems, encompassing cloud environments (Microsoft 365/Azure) and on-premises servers.

• Perform hands-on server administration, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance monitoring.

• Act as the administrator for Microsoft 365 and on-premise Exchange systems.

• Support daily IT operations while ensuring system availability, security, and compliance with ISO 27001 standards.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.

• Participate in IT projects as assigned.

• Undertake any additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 systems and Microsoft Windows Server.

• Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve server and internal IT system issues.

• Capable of collaborating with users at various levels.

• Good working attitude and disposition, with the ability to think creatively and work under pressure.

• Competent in working both independently and effectively within teams.

• Office-based work environment.
