Working Hour
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Fridays: 7.30 am to 4 pm
Key Roles
Supervise students during detention/suspension after school.
Manage and update detention and suspension records.
Follow up with students who default on disciplinary measures.
Inform Form Teachers about detention/suspension attendance.
Reinforce positive behaviour and support students' reintegration.
Manage late-coming students in the morning.
Maintain discipline room operations and data records (e.g., phone confiscation, attendance).
Attend to students at the discipline room and update teachers/leaders as needed.
Monitor students on movement tracking (daily sign-in/out).
Refer and update Level Discipline Masters on student issues.
Assist in designing interventions for behavioural growth and character development.
Support teachers in managing challenging students and promoting restorative practices.
Monitor non-structured times (e.g., recess, after school) to prevent disruptive behaviour.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification.
At least 2 years' relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
