HR Generalist (Payroll) Manufacturing

Our client is a a German Global MNC with an expertise in specialty glass, glass-ceramics, and electronic components. Due to business needs, they are looking to recruit a HR Generalist (Payroll) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North (Admiralty).
The HR Generalist (Payroll) will be responsible for:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee the employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, tax submissions, employee benefits, and reimbursement claims.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and company HR policies while maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to support employees' professional growth.
- Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and generating HR reports as required.Participate in HR projects and support process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role.
- Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act, payroll administration, CPF regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS; experience with payroll systems is an advantage.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
