Front Desk Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service both in person and viaphone/email.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client feedback, concerns, or complaints.
- Manage membership inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and class schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area.
- Coordinate with instructors to support studio operations, including class scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate client records, attendance tracking, and database updates.
- Handle payment transactions and retail sales of studio packages and merchandise.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Support studio operations, including inventory management and supply tracking.
- Take initiative to identify issues and resolve problems efficiently to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with team members and instructors to maintain excellent service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or front desk environments.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling, and POS systems; experience withMindbody or similar software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holiday.
